CITY ON A HILL White 2018

The first of City on a Hill’s “canvas wines” or blends, this has been our flagship wine since day one. City on a Hill continue to add vineyards to this blend to attempt to showcase a greater representation of the Swartland, its varieties and soil types. This wine is Chenin Blanc based as this is the most celebrated white variety in the Swartland and has a fantastic track record in South Africa. Other varieties include Viognier and Muscat d’Alexandrie. The wine has great texture, acidity and elegance and will reward ageing.
