Aristea Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Matthew Krone is a 12th generation winemaker, his winemaking lineage stretches back 300 years! Matt left the comforts of his family business to make his mark as an independent winemaker. The name is inspired by the Aristea flower, found only in Cape Town and Madagascar, the flower blooms for just one day a year. The flower symbolises the struggle, passion and dedication required to produce each vintage of his of handmade wines. Based in Stellenbosch, Matt will often pay above market rates to secure nothing but the very best grapes. He is, in our humble opinion, a master at crafting exceptional sparkling wines.
