It is rare for a wine estate to produce only a rosé yet that is exactly what Pink Valley does. Having a singular purpose provides clarity and a clear vission. From the vines to the bottle everything is done with the end goal of a premium rosé in mind. Prior to fermentation the juice is cooled to a low 1.25'C, we will avoid getting too technical here, but the result is a very light, blush coloured rosé.
