Smoke, leather and rich black fruits.

Lammershoek
Lammershoek literally means “lambs’ corner”, and legend has it that ewes sought shelter for their offspring in the forest alongside the farm when they were threatened by the black eagle which abounded there. Established in 1718 Lammershoek is the oldest estate that we import from, it is owned and run by the husband & wife team Andres & Sonja Abold. Located in the Swartland Region, Lammershoek's climate is perfectly suited varieties such as Chenin Blanc & Shiraz. Blessed with an abundance of old vines, the farm produces some exceptional delights including our personal favourite the White Mysteries white blend.
